Kit Includes: Lightening powder (Net wt. 28.3 g/1 oz.), Developer – 40 Volume (89 ml/3 fl. oz.), Brush, Gloves, Frosting Cap and Needle

Product Directions

Open the STRAWBERRY LEOPARD™ Lightening Powder packet and scoop out approximately ½ teaspoon ofpowder into a mixing bowl. Add ½ teaspoon of STRAWBERRY LEOPARD™ Cream Developer slowly and stir untilpowder mixture reaches a creamy consistency
Make sure your hair is clean and dry. Comb all of your hair back and pull one strand of hair from behind your ear to use for the strand test.
Apply a generous amount of STRAWBERRY LEOPARD™ mixture to the strand you have selected. Be careful not to let this strand of hair touch other parts of your hair.
During processing, check your strand frequently. Checking every 10-15 minutes will allow you to find your appropriate processing time without over processing. Check your strand by wiping mixture away with a damp paper towel. If your hair looks red or gold, reapply the mixture. When your strand reaches the desired shade, make note of the processing time, and proceed with a full application. DO NOT APPLY HEAT. DO NOT APPLY IF STRAND TEST SHOWS SPLITTING.
Rinse off the test strand and towel dry.
Discard any leftover mixture.

Id say you have to know how to use it though because it will bleach your hair.Not a big fan on how strong it is, prefer less chemicals and more natural ingredients. I used it to touch up my roots and prep the bottom half of my hair for my pink hair dye.

With one box I was able to get my roots, but I will need to buy multiple to get all of my hair done. It worked well at lifting my black hair without leaving it damaged.

Great at home lightening kit to create sunkissed highlights!

I was really impressed with the turnout of my hair after using this kit. I love that it had everything I needed to create my lightening product. It was really easy to use and apply. Once I pulled all the strands through the cap, which I have to admit was my first time using it was quick and easy to saturate my strands of hair. It was very time consuming to pull all the little strands of hair through the tiny holes on the cap because I wanted to evenly highlight my hair on each side and in the back. It was a pretty stern and strong smell, but the product did not burn my hair. And I had more than enough product to highlight my hair, but I do have long but thin hair. If you are trying to use this product to color your entire head, I would suggest getting two kits. I received this product complimentary from influenster in exchange for my honest review. I do wish the product was permanent instead of semi-perminent.
